Carbs in Keto Whipped Cream
Some people mistakenly believe that there are zero carbs in heavy whipping cream. There are actually 0.4 grams of carbs in each tablespoon of heavy cream!
Those few carbs are not a big deal, even for people who are very strict on their carb counts, as long as you stick to reasonable servings. Avoid the temptation to eat large amounts of heavy whipping cream, whether in this Keto Whipped Cream or in other recipes. Not only do the carbs sneak up on you, large amounts of fat will rack up the calories. If you’re not tracking and paying attention, that kind of calorie load may put the brakes on your weight loss.
But a dollop of whipped cream on top of an awesome Keto dessert? That sounds like a win to me!
