  1. Trim the extra fat off of the chicken thighs, but don’t cut it all off…fat is good for you!
  2. Salt & Pepper the chicken thighs.
  3. Blend the Pork Rinds & Parmesan Cheese in a food processor until fine.
  4. Place two thighs (or more if you have room) into your Air Fryer basket. Don’t overlap.
  5. Cover each thigh with the Pork Rinds / Parmesan Cheese blend.
  6. Put about 1/2 Tbsp of butter on top of each thigh. Split the butter into two dabs so it melts more evenly over the thigh.
  7. Cook in Air Fryer for 13 Minutes at 330 Degrees until the thickest portion of the thigh measures 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
