    I began this diet on Monday. It is now Friday. Only 5 days on this program and my tummy is flatter, the bloating is gone, and I am enjoying the food with little to no cooking. Why didn’t I start his earlier. I have been on every kind of diet from Jenny Craig to Weight Watchers and not much success. I feel that I am going to be successful on this one.

    Wonderful book! If you are new to Keto as I am, this is the perfect place to start. Clearly explains the basics of Keto. The menu plan is simple and un-confusing. And it is very easy to see where you can make substitutions to suit your taste. I am an experienced cook and enjoy it very much, so I prefer fresh cooked chicken breast to canned chicken. I prefer eggs scrambled in coconut oil to hard boiled, and so on. Definitely worth $15!
    Oh, and the Fat Bombs are to die for!!!

    I am brand new to the keto lifestyle. I recently was on WW and it didn’t work as well as the keto is working for me. I feel less tired and less bloated after eating. Pants are a little loose and not feeling bloated. My energy level is up and does not seem to just disappear. What is nice is talking with coworkers they say they see a difference.     I’ve been on a plethora of diets but this one has actually been working. What I love about The No Cook Keto is the meals are well thought out, easy, fast and filling.     I am around day 14 and loving your No cook Keto advice, I actually do cook, but I find the advice and clarity of your information very direct and relevant. I have had days I am in ketosis using Keto sticks, and days I didn’t seem to be, but I was ill, not Keto flu, just sick.I I can definitely see a change in my clothes, and chins. I read all emails, they seem to come with the right information at just the right time. Well done.

    I originally got the Advantage Meals Keto plan to support my husband’s second round of keto. His first shot at it (back in May 2019) was just doing it off of any information he could find, no plan, just pretty much eating very little carbs. He succeeded in the weight loss but has gained it all back since then (that was pretty much a vacation crash diet)
    His work lifestyle makes it difficult to stick to a eating plan if he isn’t fully prepared with all the essentials (he is a train conductor). Planning meals a day or two in advance with no guidance or ideas of what to pack is very difficult, and I didn’t know how to support him as I was not ready or in the mind set to join him on this journey.
    Since he was recently interested in starting again I googled NO COOK KETO MEALS PLAN to try and find meal ideas he or I could easily put together for him with little effort that didn’t need cooking with him away from home for 2-3 days on a train or in a hotel. The fourth result down that popped up on my google search was “No Cook Keto – The Easiest Way to Keto – Advantage Meals.” I clicked on it, it sounded like exactly what I was looking for! After reading just a few paragraphs I felt excited about possibly finding the ULTIMATE tool to assist and support him on this keto journey! I added all the items to my Walmart Grocery pick up cart to save time on finding all of it myself in the store. I picked up my order on Saturday morning and had my husband choose the menu days he wanted to start with for his next trip out. Anything I couldn’t find I purchased off of Walmart.com or Amazon.com. With all my effort and time being invested in helping him, plus reading and understanding their information about keto they share in the book a light bulb went off for me and I felt compelled to try this keto journey TOO (I was doing the work anyways right)! So THAT very night after dinner I decided to fast!
    I began my Keto journey this past Sat by fasting at 8pm to 8pm Sun Feb 23 – I made bulletproof coffee that Sunday morning (not sure if it’s granted in the fasting stage?) and I couldn’t believe I successfully made it thru with no hunger or cravings all day!!! When fasting was over I ate something small – 2 beef sticks and a cheese bar for dinner that night. I have NEVER fasted before, I couldn’t believe it was that easy! That afternoon I prepped our meals for the next 3 days. Again supper easy!!! And for someone who DOES NOT enjoy cooking at ALL this plan was so convenient (and did I mention EASY lol!!!) I suffer from ADD and I truly need it all laid out for me and with this plan this is why I am very ready to do this with him!!!
    I am on day 5 and I feel AMAZING!!! Down 6lbs of bloated water weight! As of yet I did not experience the keto flu, I’m not sure if my decision to include drinking 1 (33.8 oz) of SmartWater daily with my other water helped with that!? I also did a bulletproof coffee every morning.

    Sorry so wordy, but I know I am not the only one who feels/felt overwhelmed with starting keto – the where and how to begin, the abundance of information that can easily consume you in the internet world, and the lack of confidence in being ready so I can be successful. So I hope this helps someone here or someone you know 😊 (I’m an ADD perfectionist who struggles with completing most tasks, so my excuse was why start lol!)
