Especially for special occasions, whipped cream just seems like an essential part of dessert. When you’re on a low-carb or Keto diet, you might think whipped cream is off limits but it’s not true! Whip up a quick batch of our Keto Whipped Cream and add it to your favorite low-carb dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp  Monk Fruit extract, or 2 tbsp Swerve

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes, or until mixture thickens to desires consistency. It should approximately double in volume.

Step 2

Top your favorite Keto dessert with a dollop of whipped cream. You should get about two tablespoons per serving. Just right for most desserts!
